No restocking fee for 7 days from date of delivery
on returned orders. Applicable
to any configuration except customized cpu and operating system.
If cpu or o.s. is customized restocking becomes 5%. Shipping and
expediting fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Return
shipping paid by customer. Returns must be shipped back within 7
days of delivery, no exceptions. If unit shows sign of use or is
not in original condition a restocking fee of 5% will be applied.
Cancellation of orders where a cpu or o.s. is customized will also incur
a 5% cancellation fee. Please do not customize your cpu or o.s. if
are not sure you want to keep your order. Once your order has been
shipped we can not cancel it. You will be responsible for the
return and all shipping/expediting costs once the product has shipped.
