R.M.A.  (Return material Authorization)

Copy and paste this form into an email then just fill in the blanks.  Do not send it as an attachment.  Send it by email to ynot2kllc@aol.comPrint out a copy and include it with the return merchandise.  Do not send any return merchandise until you have an email back with instructions.  If you are returning whole systems like a pc or laptop they must be double boxed.  If they are not and the product is damaged you will be responsible  for the repair costs because ups will not pay claims for damaged product that was not double boxed.  You do not have to double box rma parts like ram, harddrives, or optical drives.  Your option is for regular swap or advanced replacement.  Advanced replacement means we send you a new replacement part and then you ship back the old.  No expense to you.  We pay for the shipping back.  UPS pickup is free.  Advanced replacement requires security deposit which is refunded once the broken part is returned.  Standard replacement means you send back the broken part and we ship you back a working part. All return shipments must be mailed via UPS or Fedex NOT USPS.  Please retain your tracking number and insure your package in case you are shipping at your expense.

Rules:

1.  Must have subject title "rma".  If it is not "rma" then it will be refused

2.  Must fill out all fields marked with a *. 

3.  Must include the rma form in the box you are shipping back.  if you do not it will delay the repair process

4.  Must wait for email reply with instructions (within a few hours usually)
