Asus Customized Laptop warranty

Asus Ensemble Pre-Built Warranty

Here are a few things that separate us from the competition:

1. Most importantly we are a self service provider.  What does this mean?  We offer our own warranty with 100% in-house labor.  This means we do motherboard level repairs on all products we sell which abide by our standard warranty.  That includes laptops.  This means that we will not send you to the manufacturer for any reason unless you specifically want to go to the manufacturer.  Reasons for this are usually proximity.  We handle all support and rma for our customized products.  For example 99% of asus valued partners do not perform motherboard level repairs onsite in their warehouse,  most send it to asus for repair.  We do 100% self service with attention to detail second to none and super quick turnaround for repairs which abide by our warranty.  We will always cover round trip ground for parts that need to be replaced under warranty.

2.  Clear and well explained service and support.  An iron clad warranty will not leave a customer gasping for support.   Under no circumstances should a customer feel like their needs were not attended in time.  We go out of our way to meet your expectations.  If you ever need help we make it as simple and immediate as possible.  Though our site may lack the back end operations of some of our competitors such as tracking and order status, a live sales rep is only a call or instant message away.  We are always on AIM and we have extended work hours for those who cannot call during the regular business day.

3.  An easy and simple to use web interface can mean the difference between people staying and going.  An expensive face can be as popular as a respected face.  Though we started out very small, over the last 4 years our business has grown to 3 full time workers.  This was only made possible by a loyal following of customers who appreciate our strategy.  We value our customers especially those who value our efforts.

4.  Compromise.  It costs money in business.  A customer should not have to pay for something that was not part of the original sale. If that means loosing money on a sale but leaving your customer satisfied then the seller must do what it takes.  Buyers should not have to choose between good prices and quality tangible product.  Both  should fit into the same box.  We take pride in what we do.  The little things that don't count matter for us.  We make the same things you would find in every other computer store, the difference is we offer an alternative to the norm.  A good partnership that lasts involves people working for the greater good of the partnership not the individual partner.
